Start with a branded application.

Use this page as the public entry point for pilot applications and attribution-audit scheduling. The actual application should remain on a branded Guroo domain and must show compliant SMS consent beside the form.

Before you continue.

The application flow should ask for business details, email, and an optional phone number. If the visitor chooses to provide a mobile number, SMS consent must be collected with an unchecked checkbox that is separate from any general terms acceptance.

  • Phone number should not be required unless there is a legal/business necessity
  • SMS consent must not be preselected
  • Marketing SMS consent should be separate and optional
  • Privacy and terms links should sit next to the consent copy
  • The system should store timestamp, source page, and exact consent language
