Guroo Analytics may send SMS messages to users who explicitly opt in through our website, application pages, or scheduling forms. Messages may include inquiry follow-up, appointment confirmations, reminders, onboarding updates, customer support, account updates, and service-related notifications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, messages may also include occasional promotional updates, offers, or product announcements.

Opt-in method.

End users opt in by visiting https://get.gurooanalytics.io/ or branded Guroo Analytics application and scheduling pages, then completing a form with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected. The form links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Guroo Analytics should maintain timestamped records of each opt-in, including the source page and consent language shown at the time. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
